Payment by credit card is available for all orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Payment by purchase order is only available for orders over $1,000.
- To pay by Purchase Orders, use the standard checkout process and simply select "Purchase Order" for payment method.
- Then, submit your purchase order by email (firstname.lastname@example.org); by fax (415-883-0260); or by mail (PBLWorks, 3 Hamilton Landing, Suite 220., Novato, CA, 94949).
- Your order will only be processed after this information is received. Once you submit your PO, then your item(s) will ship within 4 business days. If you're purchasing a digital product (Online Course or Project Designer), then your personal access code will be issued via email after the Purchase Order has been processed.
All orders are processed within 4 business days, and then shipped from our California fulfillment center.
We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Orders Shipping to Destinations Outside the US. If you are outside of the United States and there is a delay in your delivery, you should check with your local postal provider or UPS. Some of our publications are also available via Amazon.com with different international shipping options.
All sales are final. PBLWorks is unable to accept returns or exchanges.
